What ailments/health issues can Wandr handle?

Wandr provides access to licensed US clinicians who can review your travel needs and prescribe appropriate travel medications when clinically appropriate. Common travel-related needs include traveler's diarrhea, altitude and motion sickness, nausea, pain and fever support, and malaria prevention where appropriate. Wandr is not for emergency care and is not a substitute for in-person urgent or emergency services.

Can non-US users use the service?

Yes. You can use Wandr for destination checks, trip planning, checklists, and Copilot from anywhere. Medication ordering and vaccine scheduling, however, are available only to customers physically located in the United States due to prescribing regulations. We may expand those services to other regions in the future.

How does physician access work?

You complete an intake; a clinician reviews your information; if appropriate, prescriptions are written and medications are shipped directly to you. Our team can also help with questions about your order, medications, or travel prep.

Copilot is Wandr's AI-powered travel health assistant. It answers questions about your trip, suggests items for your checklist, and helps you stay on top of vaccines, medications, and documents—all in one place.

Can I use Wandr for multiple trips?

Yes. You can create and manage as many trips as you need. The free plan includes core planning; Nomad members get unlimited trips, document storage, and enhanced Copilot.

Additional cost for extra medications?

Your kit includes a set selection of medications. If additional prescriptions are clinically appropriate, you will see any associated costs before confirming your order.
