Wandr Health, a physician-founded telehealth platform for international travelers, now accepts HSA and FSA cards directly at checkout. Wandr processes payments through Stripe, and its merchant category allows HSA and FSA cards, so no third-party payment service or add-on is needed. Travelers can pay for a pre-trip travel medicine order with an HSA or FSA card the same way they would use any other card. Whether a specific purchase is covered is set by each traveler's plan. Wandr's prescriptions and travel medicine guidance are reviewed by US-licensed providers, and Wandr is licensed in all 50 states.
Wandr Health now accepts HSA and FSA cards directly at checkout. Our payments run through Stripe, and our merchant category already allows HSA and FSA cards, so there is no third-party payment service sitting between you and your order. You pay with your HSA or FSA card the same way you would with any other card.
Why We Made This Change
Plenty of travelers set aside pre-tax dollars in an HSA or FSA, and paying for travel health prep with those funds should be simple. Before telling travelers they could use these cards with Wandr, we wanted to be certain our checkout supported them on its own, without adding an outside service or extra step.
We've now confirmed that it does. Because HSA and FSA cards work through the same Stripe checkout we already use, we can accept them directly. That keeps checkout to one place and one payment, with no handoff to another company.
What This Means for You
When you order destination-specific prescriptions and travel medicine guidance, you can enter your HSA or FSA card at checkout like any other card. Your order is reviewed by US-licensed providers, the same as always. You can see what each option costs on our pricing page.
